My passion for photography truly developed after having children and wanting to turn great memories into great images. Always with a camera throughout much of my military career, I decided to turn my hobby into a profession after retiring.
Privileged to have captured many special moments in my families and friends lives. I feel equally fortunate to offer you the same opportunity. I pride myself in being able to adapt and capture many images from landscapes, to wildlife, maternity and newborn. Social media is a great medium to recall some great memories but there are some moments that I believe deserve more than a screen. Images that should take pride of place in your home, work place or wherever you wish. My aim is to bring this moment to life for you.
My sessions plan on creating natural moments. Some great images arrive when you relax, forget about the camera and enjoy the time spent with family and loved ones. There maybe a special place in Las Vegas where you want to reflect upon. A special someone you wish to have with you.
"Never regret the moments you could capture but never did"
I will walk you through the whole process. From the planning stage of your session, the shoot, viewing and advice on which products to order.
As well as lifestyle photography, I volunteered for the local animal rehoming centre (BARC) in Cyprus. Tremendously rewarding working closely with staff to help photograph very nervous animals in a hope to find them forever homes. This evolved into a love for pet photography. I also volunteered for two amazing charities Remember My Baby and Butterfly Wishes Network. Both charities are involved with photographing families at very difficult times providing precious images and memories to last a lifetime. Although emotionally very difficult, the rewards were unparalleled.
I am also a registered member of The Guild Of Photographers, as such my images are assessed to the highest standard by a full panel of experienced judges. I have received numerous awards in their image of the month competition. I took part in Talk Photography Forum's "Photographer of the year competition". I won the monthly competitions on several occasions and was named the Talk Photography Photographer of the Year for 2015 from a selection of nearly 70,000 members!
It makes me extremely proud to call myself an award winning photographer.
